Nick Lewis is simply terrific. Not only is he a superb technical lawyer; he is also very practical, with a clear orientation toward getting to a good outcome the most direct way. He "sees around corners" and delivers in every way. He is extremely user friendly. Highly recommend him.

Whenever you have to seek legal counsel it’s definitely not a good day. However my husband and I made the decision to consult with Mr. Nick Lewis at Barth, Ballenger, & Lewis, LLP. I had obtained Mr. Lewis several years ago for legal counsel and remembered that he was always there to answer my questions, he was patient with me, and understanding to my situation. What stood out most to me was that after the legal proceedings were over he gave me very valuable advice that I’ve always remembered. So I knew without a doubt that when I was in search of legal representation again I wanted Mr. Lewis. Just from the consultation my husband and I felt like we found the perfect Attorney for our case.
