If you are looking for a sign, THIS IS IT. I did my research and BELIEVE the Google Reviews. David and his team are amazing. Aimee is his paralegal and she is AWESOME!!! I came to them broken and confused on a Thursday. Aimee flawlessly prepared my paperwork! Monday afternoon we had court. David asked me about my questions and concerns and conveyed the image and message I wanted to the judge. He even contacted me before court to make sure he fully understood my position. I got everything I asked for. We tried to settle with the opposing team to avoid court. They would not. David advised me of the risk I was taking. The odds were in our favor. You get what you pay for. The BEST Family Court lawyer I could find in the York County/Rock Hill, SC area. The judge even said in court that I had an EXCELLENT lawyer. DO NOT DELAY! Fantastic experience with David! He knew I was very anxious going through the divorce proceedings, and held my hand the entire way and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. He fought for me BIG TIME and helped me obtain a better outcome than I could have imagined. The divorce in general and everything leading up to it was an absolute nightmare, but David helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel and gave me HOPE. His paralegal, Aimee, was so sweet and helpful, too. Anytime I had any questions or doubts, she was able to give me guidance and encouragement. I had a difficult drawn out case with minor children involved. He helped me through a very difficult time in my life with compassion and experience that got me out the other side.

During consultation, he said my case was very straightforward and if there were no major issues, he would be refunding me a good amount of my retainer. It turned out to be a very simple case with no issues, yet he actually billed me for more. When I questioned it, he said the automatic invoice went out without him realizing and he would charge me a flat fee. While this was still WAY more than he originally let on, he never refunded me any money, even though the flat fee was less than what I put in my trust account. I'm still working to get a small amount back, and he is playing dumb. He never puts anything in writing so you have no proof.
