I am impressed with Andrea Solorzano Johnson thoughtful legal advice and answers to my legal questions on my legal separation settlement. She has an in-depth understanding of the law and an ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively. She is highly intelligent and a very serious attorney while at the same time showing compassion and understanding to my particular situation. She is poised, professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her and I am also proud to say she is my attorney.

Andrea represented me in a claim against a vehicle manufacturer for a defective vehicle. When we filed the claim I was hoping for efforts for them to repair the vehicle but the manufacturer actually bought it back from me. I never dreamed it would work out so well. I owe high praise to Andrea for the work she'd done for me and I'll always keep her in mind when I need an attorney.

Andrea is a true professional and meticulous problem solver. I never felt that I had to pressure her for updates or action on my case. She allowed me to make the decisions and offered guidance as I requested it. I would not hesitate to hire Andrea again should the need arise.

We highly recommend Andrea Johnson. We found her to be extremely intelligent, dedicated, listened intently to our situation, was always well prepared, and most importantly recommended what was best for us. Although our case was not a big case, she was fully committed as it was. She listened and never rushed us to end a meeting. She provided legal advice by explaining the options in a way that was easy to understand. She recommended the best option for us, and not necessarily what was best for her. I say this because she recommended small claims court as our first best option, and to escalate with her involvement if necessary. (We had a previous attorney who recommended the opposite with no alternatives.) She absolutely went above and beyond to ensure we were fully prepared for court. In the end, we went up against two defendants who each obtained a lawyer in small claims court. We were so well prepared that we easily won our case.

Andrea is professional, pleasant, and straight to the point. Excellent with communication. Helped with getting a small claims issue resolved in a timely manner.

Attentive. Responsive. Always answered my questions fully. Always explained things and detailed her activities as an advocate on my behalf. Importantly -- and I do mean importantly -- she was responsive in a timely manner. I respected her for respecting my time. Ms. Solorzano also spared me the torture of having to repeat myself or struggle to contact her. From my perspective, Ms. Solorzano took all the steps she reasonably could to assist me. I thought she was a courteous and competent attorney.

I had a difficult warranty case where an out-of-state company had not honored a warranty for a very expensive product I had purchased after repeatedly contacting them, the better business bureau, etc. One of their sales people had also provided incorrect information upfront that had led me to the original purchase. Andrea also tried to get them to honor their warranty, by contacting them and explaining our situation and the supporting law. Ultimately we had to file suit to get them to respond and honor their obligations. Right before the initial mandated arbitration, they settled for the entire amount due.

Andrea Johnson represented me in my divorce. As with many divorces when one party is not cooperative it can be difficult. I feel Andrea did an excellent job. She was always available via phone or email and was open to explanation when I didn’t understand especially with legal jargon. She was very thorough and did a lot of research. I would definatley recommend Andrea. She is an amazing attorney, very knowledgeable, professional and works hard for her clients. Andrea, handle a Lemon Law Case for me and did a remarkable job, she went above and beyond by doing additional research, working many hours, sending updated emails, answering any questions I may had for her. In addition, she demonstrates active listening skills and displays the highest level of professional no matter how many times, I called or emailed her. Even at times when I begin to get frustrated and the opposing counsel wasn’t responding, she kept me calm and guided me throughout the process. Moreover, the corporation Andrea had to go against is not a small one at all and have been known to manipulate consumers like myself and pretty much get away with a lot. But not with her, everytime they would present us with what I call nonsense responses and not upholding the law the correct way, Andrea was able to present them with the correct laws and make them aware of what they were doing incorrectly. It took sometime because it seems like they were not getting it but Andrea did not give up and I won the case which was the rightful and fair thing from the beginning. She helped lifted a whole lot of stress off my back. Overall, Andrea is a great attorney and as I stated early I would highly recommend her for your legal needs. No case is too big or small for her!
