If I could give ten stars to this review, I definitely would because I have nothing but great things to say about the Law Offices of Kenneth Pham. Kenneth is a very professional, caring, and trustworthy lawyer. At any moment in all the time we worked together for my love one immigration case I felt like he wanted to trick us or anything. We always felt that he had our best interest. Also, he always took the time to make sure we understood everything about the immigration process. He gave us the best customer service I ever experienced from a lawyer because he always replied to my emails back promptly, gave us updates from our case the moment something came up, and always answered every question we had. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone who needs help. I assure to anyone, you won’t regret it because I know I didn’t.

The office has been great with helping my father obtain his green card that he misplaced. Everyone has been so patient and kind. Mariah and Isabella have been the two I’ve spoken the most to and they are the sweetest. I’d recommend anyone that had any immigration matters to Kenneth’s office.

Driving through a small SC town that is apparently notorious for the speed limit dropping from 55 to 35, I was cruising through at 53mph. I was pulled over and ticketed for 53 in the 35, and encouraged to go online and pay the ticket. If I had gone ahead and paid the $200+ fine, I would have received a license suspension from NCDOT for a violation of more than 15 over, not to mention 4 points. I searched and found the site for Attorneys Nosal & Jeter, and contacted them the same day. I received an email from their office, provided the information and the retainer payment, and they told me I would hear back from them regarding the disposition after my scheduled court date. The day after my court date, I received word that Attorney Nosal was able to successfully negotiate my ticket down to Failure to produce registration (which is also true, I couldn't find the little piece of paper, but the vehicle was registered), which was a higher fine but had no points and was not a moving violation. The process was very easy, and made a stressful situation less so. The fee was reasonable, particularly compared to what my insurance would have gone up with 4 points on my license. I highly recommend Nosal & Jeter for any moving violation issues you may incur - and also recommend you pay very close attention to how quickly the speed limit can change in small South Carolina towns.
