Total life savers on multiple occasions. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

My name is James Maree. My name is showing up as an AKA that I was given while I was in “college”. Anyway I can talk about my experience so far with Tom and Ms. Sarah. I’ve known Tom a very long time and knew to go with him to represent me in a case. He and Ms. Sarah are caring people that will go above and beyond for their clients. They will do what other LAWFIRMs will not do and something that I feel is very important. They listen to their clients but they will check behind the clients and make sure that they are being told the truthful facts about anything and everything. I knew that about Tom and that is something that I have always valued. I have nothing to hide from anyone and when he and Ms.Sarah told me that they were going to check my details out, I told them that I was thankful for that and I had no problem with them being very thorough. Great LAWFIRM and I highly recommend them. However don’t lie to them about anything because they are like me, they will get to the truth of every situation. I appreciate anyone that will get to the truth of any issue. I appreciate that because I was raised to respect everyone but to understand that there’s always 2 sides to every story. Never assume anything, know what you are talking about. Tom and Sarah you 2 are my horses even if you never win a race. . Great people and great LAWFIRM.

Used the text feature of Mr. Holland’s website to request a consultation. Within 15 minutes I received a call and spoke with Mr. Holland about my situation for well over an hour, all after normal business hours. The following evening Mr. Holland called me and had already addressed an issue I discussed with him of his own initiative and for no charge. Thank you Mr. Holland. If you are a father (or mother) dealing with parental alienation or anything similar, CONTACT TOM. This is an update 2 years later! I went from being the NON CUSTODIAL parent to having SOLE LEGAL CUSTODY of my daughter. As a young father in South Carolina, this does not appear to happen too often! I wanted to leave a 5 star review after Tom won my case, but the follow up after was less than stellar. I was owed paperwork and had questions and Tom and his assistant just dropped off and never returned calls or emails.

I received a speeding ticket on I-95 from a Ridgeland, SC Police Officer that would have added 4 points to my driving record. As an out of state driver, returning to SC to contest the violation would have been highly inconvenient and costly.
