Great experience with this firm. I live in North Carolina and recently had my first speeding ticket going 16 mph over the speed limit in SC. I paid a flat fee, and in return they got my ticket reduced to 4 mph with no points on my insurance. I didn't need to appear in court which was also great. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of a traffic attorney!

And they got my ticket reduced down. And no points on my insurance! Hopefully I won't have to use there services again. But if I do, they would be the first law firm I call in SC...

I wish there were more stars to give this firm. There professionalism was impressive. I was kept posted always! When the citation was issued to me, I contacted another area firm that specializes in tickets. I was told not to fight this one as the citing officer would never negotiate. It was recommended to me to pay and take a class to get the points off as this officer was known to be "hard-nose." Thank God I called Nosal and Jeter. My citation was withdrawn, by the officer! I would not waste time calling anyone else for a future citation.

Nice to deal with folks that do what they say. Noal & Jeter was my 2nd choice as my local attorney referenced me to another firm in SC that really seemed to busy to want to help me. Nosal & Jeter was referred to me by my son who had great results with them in the past in South Carolina. Of course going forward they will always be my 1st choice and I will recommend them to all my friends and associates. They listened to my situation and was quick to tell me my options and what they could do for me. Mr. Jeter was able to have my sons ticket dismissed. The traffic citation stated speed was greater than reasonable and prudent under conditions (rain), no accident. All it took was a few emails and they were always quick to answer all of my questions!

My 18 year old daughter received a failure to yield traffic violation when she was making a left turn. The woman that hit her was driving in the median as if it was an actual lane! Very negligent on her part with her small children in the car. The State Trooper was very rude and I knew when the other driver started shedding the crocodile tears while giving her side of the story, he was not going to take what my children said into consideration. He gave my daughter a failure to yield ticket and that same day I contacted Nosal & Jeter and retained their services. Two months later the case is dismissed! I got pulled over in Ridgeland SC, on 2/07/2018. I was doing 25 over ther limit on my way home to Maryland after working 5 weeks in Florida. I have a commercial driver's license but the unpleasant officer that pulled me over wasn't willing to reduce it 1 MPH less to reduce it from Reckless. I Google searched for traffic attorneys in the area and that's how I found Nosal & Jeter. They had by far the best reviews. I called them and 2 other attorneys and despite them being a little more expensive they had the reviews and proposed the best outcome. Again having a CDL, I went with them. They took over everything from there. I didn't have to go back there for anything ang they sent me updates throughout. Today 6/12/2018 I recieved a copy of the court docket via an email from Nosal & Jeter showing mer the charges were dismissed. The officer is apparently known for his uncooperative nature so I'm ecstatic with the results. G-D forbid I get caught speeding there again I'll use them again.
