Being from MD, with no points on my license, I was very upset to get a speeding ticket in South Carolina. I found Nosal & Jeter, LLP from an online search. I spoke directly to Pete Nosal who answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I recently moved to SC, received a speeding ticket in Newberry County! I had never been stopped by law enforcement, but I did get stopped and issued a speeding ticket! These guys are the best! I am not good at learning my lesson, so I've had to call them for both a North Carolina AND a South Carolina speeding ticket. They helped me save points on my license and insurance, and all I had to do was fill out a couple forms.. They handled the rest, and handled it perfectly. Plus, they are down to earth and actually fun to talk to... Yes.. I just described attorneys as such.

Completely forgot that I had a received a ticket until the Friday before my court date on the following Tuesday...which happened to follow a Monday holiday! A friend of mine, whose mother lives in NC, was having some issues with some complicated matters relating to her estate planning. I recommended Nosal & Jeter based on their professional handling of my speeding ticket. Not only did they handle my speeding ticket in a way that was great, but then handled the complicated estate issues for my friends mother in way that was actually very impressive. My friend says he owes me dinner the next five times he sees me. Not sure if my friend will come through with the dinners, but Nosal & Jeter will definitely come through with whatever you need. For whatever its worth, my friend dealt with Thomas, not sure how many other lawyers they have, but try and get Thomas.
