Kelsey Funderburk (criminal defense paralegal) was able to get us an appointment same day, and the retainer fee charged blew me out of the water… in a good way!!! It was a blessing that my father was charged so little for representation. Kelsey was always so responsive to any questions asked even if answers had to be repeated. Ben Hasty gave us his full, impartial attention at our consultation. This was comforting because until that point, everyone had treated my dad like “the bad guy.” Andre Coaxum was a clandestine figure (to me) I knew very little about but was apparently a pivotal figure during this whole process. I’ve used David Martin Law Firm a million times… and about too again… Lawd Jesus. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you for helping my daddy.

I went to David Martin Law offices with no hope but they gave me hope and everything was a success to my satisfaction. They treated me like family. Attorney Marshall Walls is very professional and the most transparent and dedicated attoney I ever encountered. Ms Liz Ube will make sure you are on the right track. Brianna Roper is very dedicated and she will always put smiles in your face even when you don’t expect it. Attoney Nathan Cooper is very down to earth as well. In fact all the crew in that Fortmill, SC office will never let you down. In all, it was a great experience.

Do not recommend for accident cases!!! I did not get a good settlement. Smallest settlement I have ever had from any accident case, and this accident I was actually hurt more. 0/5 stars.

This law office us a joke my wife was on a car accident and they took months on her case to only get her back $1500 lousy dollars. I told her to get some professional lawyers but like always can't tell a woman nothing. She was better off settling with the insurance herself what a joke for a law firm.
