Very helpful gonna use again in near future

If I could leave a negative star I would. We bid and won a contract on a HUD home. All signatures were signed in a timely manor except the attorneys. He saw the contract but since he failed to sign in a timely manner it voided the contract. He was called twice by our real estate agency and never returned the call. Now we are having to rebid and start the process over again. Needless to say this law firm will no longer be our closing agent. YOU'RE FIRED!

We were a client of this attorney who was not knowledgeable about being a Real Estate attorney. Did not keep us informed or provide the necessary legal work to close the deal. Also, as stated before this attorney had a conflict of interest because they worked for the seller and the buyer. So, they are not trustworthy. Did not return phone calls, did not have the legal documents prepared. Tried to charge legal fees for which were included in the closing. Everything stated is fact. Definitely would not recommend services of this attorney. Everything stated is fact and we have the documents to prove it.
