Beth was always there when i needed her to talk to her, she gave me great advice as im a single dad and got me full C. About impossible in SC, somwtimes the dad is the correct choice for the children and imnso glad she sees that also. I can only thank Beth. 4 stars because i have never gave 5 to anyone i think there is always room for inprovment other than that to me she is a 5 star lawyer. Thank you Beth B. In July 2023, I contracted Beth Bullock to file urgent legal paperwork for my son-in-law and paid a deposit. Since then, she didn't do anything and wouldn't return messages. I recently settled my legal matter totally without her assistance through another attorney and requested a refund of the deposit made and not getting any results. I do not recommend using this attorney if you need anything to be done in a timely manner or get a refund.

Beth was the last life line I had to throw to help my daughter! And she completely failed both of my children and I! She was a GAL who wouldn’t listen to me, wouldn’t look deeper, and who honestly did NOT care! She met w me once! Once! 1 hour only. That’s it. No follow up, no returned calls, no appointments allowed to be scheduled, no effort to see me w my children, no chance to look into this case, no returned emails. She jus sent my attorney a email saying she didn’t believe me! My daughter is now on suicide watch and has been alienated from me since a couple months after Beth said my daughter was better off mentally than my son, who lives w me, and that she wants to stay w dad. She couldn’t see the pain in my daughters eyes, couldn’t see that my daughter had no choice but to say she wanted to live w dad, you see he’s threatened her, blamed her, shamed her, and her saying something has always had consequences. She had to always be returned there, and when he finds out things that could be positive between her and I, she gets berated! Made to sit at the kitchen table for hours while he lectures her on all the reasons to hate me, and how Iv destroyed her life, never loved her, shows her court orders, texts, videos, his child support payments, etc! Why why why!! I received all these hateful messages from her phone on how awful I am, and why she hates me. I found out weeks later, it was her dad! She hadn’t had her phone, I was removed as a contact from her school! The only way I know what’s going on at school, is through PowerSchool. I saw her first suspension of the year, and I had to send court order to the school to prove I have custody (50/50). Now my son was able to get into the house and couldn’t even put into words how bad it is! She doesn’t even have a bed, its a couch cushion, and was wearing her dads clothes bc it’s all she has. No door on her bedroom, no door even in her closet! She told my son, her brother, that her only way to cry at night silently is by crying crouching down in a corner in her closet. I am not a perfect parent or person, and i know Iv done wrong things, and things that have hurt her. But I never left! The only way I can make her life easier is to stay back so he doesn’t take out his anger against me on her. He believes her wanting a relationship w me, or even accept my phone call, means she’s blind, stupid, and she betrayed him! This is the story you here about. An abusive relationship that isn’t physical. A mother who tried everything to help her children, but not enough was ever done to save her. No one believed her, no one who could do something cared. And we all know how the story ends, a life is lost that could have been avoided, and they say these stories are made to bring awareness, but it’s so damn hard to get awareness in the first place. She’s emailed friends the different ways she’s going to take her life. She has been seeing a school counselor after the school found these emails, and I called when I saw the suspension for 10 school days for smoking weed in the hall. I had no idea she was sent to be evaluated and a treatment recommendation was made for her to go to inpatient then transition to a day treatment. Dad didn’t agree, so the least they allowed him to choose was seeing a counselor at school. Of course no one contacted me, bc I was not listed as a contact. I know the l pressure is on, and he’s coaching her on what to say, and threatening her to keep her mouth shut about certain things. I could go on! Shame on you!

So far, Beth and her staff have been amazing with our case. They are very good to my daughter and very nice/professional when she calls and ask questions or just needs reassuring. Beth knows what she's doing, that's for certain. She took our case when others wouldn't. We will never be able to say thank you enough. Without her, our situation would have turned out a lot differently.
