James does not sugarcoat the pros and cons of a situation. He has a strong sense of what is right, wrong and just. He not only keeps his fingers in all aspects of one's case he also keeps the client informed and involved as well. James does not work for his clients...he works WITH his clients providing them with concise, understandable advice and guidance. He is highly respected in the legal community of SC. His easy-going demeanor belies the brilliance of his legal intelligence and the major contributions he has made to change the antiquated, inhumane and unjust operations of state institutions in regards to those they are charged to serve.

I have known James for five years, and he handled a matter for me with willingness, knowledge, honesty and fairness. I could not recommend this lawyer more!
