I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jeff Martin and his Paralegal Kaci Chadwell. My case was complicated, long, and tedious for me, and they were with me every step of the way keeping me updated, staying patient as I asked for them to explain things to me, keeping things organized and appointments scheduled for me, and just overall giving me an amazing “personal feel” where you don’t feel lost in the system.
