My family went to the Philpot Law Firm after a bad vehicle accident. We didn't know what to do after a driver exceeding the speed limit totalled our car and caused injuries. The other insurance company said we were partially at fault even though the Highway Patrolman said otherwise. The folks at Philpot's excepted our case. They handled everything for us. I recently used Philpot Law Firm for my Auto Accident Case and they assigned me to Liz and her Assistant Joye! Let me tell you. Liz’s is a hard Working Woman! It took me a while to write this review because this was the final chapter of my father’s life, and afterwards, the real grieving process began. My family and I had the privilege of working with Irv and Mr. Curt, and it truly felt like being supported by family throughout the entire process. Mr. Curt guided my mother and I through each step with care and clarity, ensuring we always understood what to expect. His patience with our grieving family was deeply appreciated. Irv is not only an excellent attorney but also a kind and compassionate person. His positive outlook on life and willingness to pray with my family touched us deeply. My mother lovingly referred to him as a “good ol’ southern lawyer.” We also worked with Liz on another issue concerning my father, and she, too, was incredibly kind and sensitive to the matter. The compassion shown by everyone at the Philpot Law Firm was heartfelt and genuine. In the end, we were able to find closure, and for that, I am forever grateful. While I hope we won’t need an attorney in the future, if we ever do, I will not hesitate to return to the Philpot Law Firm.
