I was involved in a workers compensation case and was fortunate enough to be advised to seek out Irvin Philpot to represent me. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Irvin and his paralegal Curtis. As you can imagine I was worried sick about not having any money coming in and being laid up for almost 2 years, but I found these 2 gentlemen to be very professional, helpful and most of all caring. They moved quickly to get my W/C checks coming in and even when I thought that the insurance company was at the top of their limit as to a settlement Irvin convinced me to hang in there because he felt that they still had some movement left on the monies coming to me and as it turned out he was right not once but twice and as I said I was ready to settle, Thank God I listened to him. Not trying to write a book here but I would certainly advise anyone that is looking for an attorney and staff that will do their very best for you and your family to get in touch with this Law firm you will not be disappointed.

Awful.. dnt waste your time. I got in a serious accident while 9 months pregnent that total my car. Nd they waited 8months to give me the absolute minimum back but made sure they got their share. They never keep yu informed of your case or even return your calls i had to show up in person anytime i wanted to speak to my attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
