Hired Dan Farnsworth and his firm to help my son with Criminal charges that unfortunately involved homicide as a pedestrian was crossing a very busy road and my son struck due to not seeing him…. The mistake my 19yr old made was leaving the scene because he was so scared and traumatized by all the blood. He was facing 30 yrs in prison. Dan was on it!! He took care of us and our family every step of the way! Best lawyer in the upstate!!

If I could give Dan Farnsworth 0 stars, I would! He's a thief and a liar. He took $12,500.00 of my family's money, and then cut off all communication without even submitting a single motion in the custody case. Beware of this scamming "attorney"!!
