Although the timeframe was longer than expected, they still stayed on top of ensuring that I was informed at all times on where they were in the process of things, and always allowed me to openly express how I felt until we were finally able to win my case which helped me pay my medical bills and get out of a tough living situation. They don't respond in a timely manner. Trying to get answers is like pulling teeth. They are supposed to be handling my mother's probate but I can't seem to get them to respond. I will never use them again.

Well connected and detailed oriented lawyer - Mr. Farnsworth, Jr. is a very knowledgeable lawyer, has experience representing people in multiple states and has a very nice approach to help you understand your case. Its nice that he offers a free consultation and that he prefers to do it in person to get to know you and your case on a personal level. He's cautious and approaches each case with an individual strategy, instead of a cookie cutter approach, which I believe makes him as successful as he is in his cases. I didn't know if my case was a good one, but Dan was very detailed oriented and he asked meet with him to analyze all the evidence. He was able to pin point several things right off the bat, that in the end helped win my case. Last but not least, he is well known within Greenville County which is something that helps very much. On top of that, he is very good and quick on his feet when the unexpected happens, like in my case, the judge was replaced and he had to change his strategy on the spot. I gave him a 4 star on the "kept me informed category" just because I received updates every 3 or 4 months, but my case was 2 years long. Its important to point out that whenever I had a question, he or his staff would answer within the day which was very helpful. I've recommended him in the past to other people and would like to continue to do so through this review.
