After a bad accident, I talked with Doug and now, after all is said and done, he worked with the insurance companies to get what I needed for medical bills now and into the future when I would not have known where to start. If you're like me and don't know where to start after an accident, the law office of Doug Churdar is as good a place as you could hope to find.

My husband and I have used Doug Churdar for 2 different cases. My husband was involved in a very serious car accident while on the job. So he had several different insurances companies and workers compensation involved. Churdar was faithfully there for us for over 5 years it took to get the case resolved and got the compensation that my husband needed since there were a lot of hospital bills. At no point did we have to worry they would be coverd. I had a hit and run accident a little over a year ago and my insurance company did not want to pay me for my totaled car. Doug tirelessly worked with them for over a year to get me the value of my car. It was "small potatoes" compared to my husbands accident, but Doug worked just as hard. He definitely did not let my ex-car insurance company take advantage of me.

In 2019 around Thanksgiving, I was rear-ended in an accident and was hurt bad; It was a pretty serious head and neck injury. I had to go through a lot and was worried about hospital bills from ER visits and neurologist appointments and physical therapy, but I'm glad that Doug was on my side and I was able to make it out of this whole ordeal without too much trouble. The whole process took around a year, but it was worth the wait. I'm thankful for Doug Churdar and his team, they really helped me out and I will recommend friends and family to call him first thing if they're ever involved in an auto-accident.

Grant Varner and his assistant Janet make an amazing team. She is very responsive and he made me aware of information that I was totally oblivious to.
