Mr Churdar not only acted as my legal advisor but as someone who truly cared about his client. Although several attempts were made by the other party to settle quickly, he fought to get me the maximum settlement for my losses. Doug goes above and beyond expectation! I had people tell me that I could/would never qualify for disability. He never questioned my needing it, always initiated communication, keeping me informed. He got my disability approved when other people couldn't/wouldn't.

Doug is the best! He did so much for our family. When I was devastated by a accident my son was involved in which my son suffered a brain injury among others. My son didnt know who or where he was. Doug acted quickly to make sure I attained guardianship so i could take care of and help my adult son. He followed completely through and stuck with us til the end. Hospitalizations. Dr testing. Everything. He was very supportive and I would highly recommend this firm to everyone.

I was in a car wreck and was treated unfairly by the insurance company of the at fault driver so I hired a lawyer right away! Jimmy made this horrible experience much easier for me being it was my first car wreck and I was scared in a lot of pain. He made sure I got medical treatment right away and offered to help me with not only my injury but also my damages to my vehicle in which was totaled. I'm thankful for all the help from James Segura and his staff!
