I originally called to have David Price Jr take my case after having a car hit and not wanting to deal with the adjuster. Sam was the only one who was in for the day and was so helpful. He was honest about the fact that it wouldn’t be worth it to hire him since there was only damage to the car and gave me many other helpful tips. I would highly recommend this place just for how honest and helpful he was.

Great Lawyer

I highly recommend this lawyer office ! I was involved in a wreck in 2020 and David helped out so much . I thought about taking care of it myself but then realized I wasn’t cut out for it and he handled it . Communication was excellent and helped me through a very difficult time.

I needed quick attorney advice in regards to my son's personal injury case.Even though Mr. Tooker was not our attorney he explained everything I needed to know before agreeing to other party's offer. We followed his advice and everything worked out great for my son. Mr. Tooker also is opened to other cultures and nations. After he was done with legal stuff he took his time to talk to me on many unrelated topics. Conversation with him felt like doing it with longtime friend. If you need his type of expertise I would recommend Mr. Tooker because he is people oriented and professional. He has done something no other attorney would do on such a short notice.

I was in an accident involving a drunk driver. I thought it was going to be cut and dry and tried to handle it myself at first. It became extremely frustrating and complicated. I asked a coworker if they had any recommendations on a good attorney, and they pointed me in the direction of David. David helped explain out the situation, the paperwork the insurance company provided to me, and resolved my case in a quick and favorable manner. I am extremely happy with the outcome, and he will be my first call if I was to ever need an attorney again.
