John is great. My mother in law was in a car wreck at some one else’s fault. She had significant injuries that involved surgeries. We were lost when we found out the other driver had no insurance. John helped us the whole way through explaining what was happening all the way to the end. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the situation. Thanks John
