I am a small buisness owner in simpsonville and semi new to the community, one of my clients found herself in need of a good divorce attorney very quickly. Since i didn't know any off hand i started to ask around, everyone I spoke to said i needed Linda Hayes! Her reputation in our small town was impecible, and very impressive. I refered my client and was instantly impressed with the knowledge and dedication she showed her, as she was not from this state. She handeled her divorce with speed and accuracy, and got her what she needed to live and raise her children. I couldnt have been more impressed. I will be using Linda to help my husband an I construct our will in the next few months and will be refering her to my family and friends.

I hired Linda in February 2023 to represent me in my filing for divorce. It’s February 2023, and the divorce is almost final. I have to say Linda and her exceptionally kind staff made all the difference in the world to me. They were compassionate to me and understanding as well. I felt like the process was explained to me and I was helped through each step. There were even times I just needed personal communication because anxiety set in. They were wonderful about responding and putting my mind at ease. Linda is tough and I needed someone who would help me have a stronger backbone! She definitely was it! I hope to never have to go through this process again, but if I do I know who I will be calling first! I’d recommend her to anyone wanting help with a divorce!

I walked into Hayes Law firm in 2001 after a very bad workplace accident. To describe the complications in my case would take a novel to cover and I just do not have that much room. Carole and her staff held things together and fought hard in a very difficult battle for 16 years. She never gave up and still represents me today. At times I was ready to give up, but Carole is of very high moral character and refused to let that happen. I received SSD/WC quickly enough and that allowed me to financially endure the Insurance company fight for proper medical care, which has been long. I don't know where I would be today if I had not walked into her office. She is smart, determined, professional and is the best advocate I believe I could have gotten period.
