So sad to see that for them is just about the money. I get how much will your services cost me. But what I really care about it it’s how will you help me. And I keep asking ok I get it $$$$$ but what will you do, how will you help me. But all I get from them is “if you want the info you need to sing the contract first $$$$$ or if you want to wait that is fine but It will be $100 for any other info.” As far as I remember it wasn’t like that years ago when it was just Alex in his office answering his phone. Now his paralegals just want the money first with out helping. So sad and disappointed to have people like that working for the clientele.
