I found myself in a place that I never imagined I would be. I contacted Malinda and she spoke to me on the same day that I was struggling with the decision. She is extremely knowledgeable in law and how to relieve some of the financial stress that has been taking over my life . She asks the right questions and knows exactly what is best for me and my family and is working hard to make it happen. But more that than that, she has a way of letting me know that everything will be alright. Love her to death. Seems to know her job very well. Seems to actually care about you. Instead of being just another pay check. Very laid back. Accepting of the not so business friendly like me. And of the lack of knowledge of the things her title knows everything about. Yes first time go around for me if you cant tell. She is making it a walk in the park. Limited parking oh to get to her office. And last but not least. Very easy on the 👀. Although that has nothing to do with her genuine passion for helping others make a better life for themselves. Dont hesitate to call her for legal help. Only financially oh. She doesn't take any criminal cases.

Let me stress how wonderful this woman is. She understands your hurt, pain and frustration. I hate to admit that I needed hand holding through my long divorce. I didn’t know what to do or what to expect, but Jan did. As a male going through a bad divorce, Jan got the best possible outcome for me. You may have regrets in your life, things you did, person you married, but you will NOT regret hiring Jan. Money VERY well spent. Do yourself a favor and hire her before your ex does. Believe me; you would rather have her sitting next to you, then across from you.

I hired Jan to try and get an alimony reduction and she did. Jan knows the Law and that's how she won the case by practicing the law. I would highly recommend Jan she is a great attorney.
