Started off excellent care and communication. Then I get a letter saying they were dropping my case without any reason why. I've called several times to speak with the attorney and still no reply. I would deffiently be taking my business else wear and would suggest you do the same

They do not have your best interest at heart.You can never get your attorney on the phone when you call and if you are fortunate enough to speak with them all they want to do is settle.Do yourself a favor and get a real attorney .My new attorney did more in a few weeks than they did in a year.This is my personal experience and my personal opinion.

After having an accident I turned to Harris and Graves. I never had been through this process before, but they took me through it one step at a time. They kept me informed and took the pressure off having to deal with everyone. This allowed me the time to heal from the wreck. I have to say that not knowing anything about this firm, I got lucky choosing them. I would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and devoted to getting the job done. Harris and Graves did a wonderful job for us! It was our first serious accident, we tried to deal with the insurance company on our own, but it was a daily hassle. I was hurt and the accident was not our fault in any way. Harris and Graves sent me to a doctor who walked me through a treatment plan and got be back up playing with my 8 year old. They helped with getting our check to replace our vehicle and did a great job negotiating my personal injury case. They are very professional and caring. I am very glad that I hired them and would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

All I know is if I ever find myself needing a P.A. the only choice is Harris&Graves fought for me like I was one of there own I needed that .
