First off, the very few individuals that left negative reviews most certainly either have a brain tumor that is impeding any rational cognition or require a 72 hour psych evaluation to elucidate whichever mental disorder of which they have been afflicted. John Bateman’s excellence as an attorney is unprecedented and unrivaled. He is literally MAGIC. I walked into his office with a DUI charge, and I walked out with an expunged record. At a very young age, he has reached tremendous heights of success, yet he remains as humble as a servant. John Bateman saved my life. I would take a bullet for this man. If he needed a kidney transplant, I would volunteer BOTH of mine. If you are facing a DUI, there is only one choice .... John Bateman. He is worth a million times more than he charges. If DUI’s were cancer, John Bateman would be the cure..... end of story. ( His staff, Scotty and KC are amazing as well).

Our family had a FIRST time situation that required legal counsel. We were so worried as to whom we would hire. BUT once we found out about Bateman Law Firm we knew right then that Mr. Bateman would be our choice. Mr. Bateman has the experience and knowledge of the judicial system that is needed when you have to go to court. Our family was scared to death not knowing what all to expect. But, after our first meeting we were highly impressed and knew we had chosen the right Attorney. Mr. Bateman was very professional and his concerns for our situation were very genuine. From the Sunday in April that I met Scotty until December 12th, John, Kaycee, and Scotty were wonderful. Any questions or concerns that I had they were a email, phone call, or text away. All three were “chill” and understanding of the situation. The 3 seemed to care. Will definitely hire again if a situation arises. Will definitely promote their company.

Bateman and group are very professional and always willing to help. They took time out of their vacation to take my calls and help me when I needed it most. Highly recommend!

I spoke with several attorneys prior to deciding on John (Bateman). John has a man at his firm named Scotty that is essentially an in-house consultant on DUI matters. His background as a DUI and drug SC officer impressed me. After hiring the firm, I did not have to lift a finger until my court date. I had several questions related to my charges in the interim (I had switched jobs between the arrest and court date) and the firm did an excellent job of promptly answering my questions. I know several people like to talk about results/court outcomes when choosing a lawyer but I do not think that is a good way to choose a lawyer (as the facts of each case are different). However, the Bateman Law Firm was able to overturn my suspension for refusing to blow AND reduce my charges from DUI/Hit&Run to Reckless Driving. I’m sure this is not the case with everyone, but I certainly did not expect that outcome given the facts of my case. They have one hell of a team.

I want to thank everyone at the Bateman Law Firm for that they did for me! They were very helpful and patient. Words can not describe how great they are. If your looking for a group that are kind, make you feel comfortable, and extremely knowledgeable they are right for you.

I appreciated the flat rate fee, and was very pleased with the service. It was professional, respectful and super-efficient. I had three charges against me, and all charges were dropped on my first court hearing. I think, without any doubt, my fate would have been much worse had I not hired The Bateman Firm. There was also a comfortable personal connection I had with the attorney, the consultant, and the paralegal, even if only in email, which was very comforting during a very stressful time.

I was arrested for DUI 1st offense in September 2016 with a BAC of .22. After consulting several area attorneys I decided to go with Mr. Bateman and his team, and I sure am glad that I did. They were able to review my video and find things that I never would’ve, and therefore they were able to plea my DUI down to just a reckless driving. No expensive sr22, no classes, no in car breathalyzers, nothing. Thank you Mr. Bateman.

While working out of town I ran into a situation that John Bateman and Scotty Robertson helped me through from start to end. I was pulled over for a DUI and knew no one from the area. I then found John's website and took a shot in the dark with a call to his office. I work six days a week and very busy but they made it a easy experience for me to continue my daily life. In the end we came out with the resolution that I prayed for and I can't say how much I appreciate the Bateman Law Firm. If you need help they are awesome.
