Michael is great at what he does. I was involved in a hit and run accident in Spring of 2016, and I hired Michael as my lawyer. I went to Michael after deciding to leave another law firm. He assured me that with him on my side I had nothing to worry about and he was right!

Mike work on my case 18 months after the Insurance company only offered $9,000 settlement for shoulder injury that need surgery from a car accident . He advise me not settle and fight with the insurance company more than a year and half. Roth law firm hire RN to review my injuries at no upfront cost to me. Long story short, Mike sent out demand letter of $100,000 to the insurance company and gave them 15 days to accept the over or we will be heading to court. and explain . Finally , after 12 day they accept the $100,000 settlement. Indeed, without Mike & Roth Law Firm , I would be cheated by the Insurance company. I highly recommend Mike and his team. Do yourself a favor, don't deal with insurance company alone.

I trusted this guy with my case he did nothing but screwed me over.He acts like he's your friend and that he cares about your case.BEWARE!!! He's not there for you as a lawyer to help you.His only concern is to drag you like some gum on the bottom of a shoe and get you to settle for peanuts just to make some money off your case.on top of that the staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional.I have called there at times and had the person answering the phone be rude,place you on hold forever,and when they do come to the phone they rush you off and will even hang up in your face while your still talking.This lawyer and law firm should not be trusted with your case cause from what I experience they can care less about you being happy as long as they are gaining money off your settlement.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please do your research before you choose this guy.
