Marcelo torricos is literally MAGIC. I walked into his office with a DUI charge, and I walked out with an expunged record. At a very young age, he has reached tremendous heights of success, yet he remains as humble as a servant. Marcelo saved my life. I would take a bullet for this man. If he needed a kidney transplant, I would volunteer BOTH of mine. If you are facing a DUI, there is only one choice .... Marcelo Torricos. He is worth a million times more than he charges. If DUI's were cancer, Marcelo Torricos would be the cure..... end of story. ( His paralegal Kendall jordan is amazing as well)

26 Federal Not Guilty Verdicts!!!! Jim Bannister represented me with great skill. For two and a half years Jim and ALL of Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey believed in me, supported me and treated me as part of their families. Knowing that I had done nothing wrong, unethical or illegal, they were upset that I was wrongfully charged. Jim Bannister not only defended me, he proved my innocence to a Federal jury in Greensboro, NC. The Federal Government has all of the money and time that want or need. They lose very rarely. Then again, I had Jim Bannister by my side. Following the government’s nine year investigation, two and a half years of personal hell and a four plus week trial, Jim threw a No-Hitter. I trusted Jim with my life and future. If needed, yes, I would do it again!

I am very disappointed in the representation thus far. Mr. Stalvey does not communicate hardly at all and the paralegal makes excuses for him. This is a super simple case that could have been dealt with relatively quickly had I had someone who actually cared about my case representing me. This has been going on since October of 2018 and i have yet to find out what is going on with my case that should have gotten dismissed by now. I also left a message for another attorney in the office to help with another matter and they couldn't be bothered to return my call either. I would concur with other reviews that state there's a severe lack of communication with the attorneys at this firm and they are just looking to make a quick buck and not actually work for you. Under no circumstances should you hire this firm if you are actually innocent, they are not interested in proving that. They will just make a deal with the solicitor not to have to go to court. Unethical. Sorry i choose them in the first place. Just a warning to everyone that cares about their lives! Mr. Stalvey seems like a nice person but I would never recommend him or this law firm.

The Bannister's are definitely a force to be reckoned with! I was blessed to have both father and son on my home team and they fought for me as if I was their family. Their name carries weight in the courtroom and they have earned that respect!!! You can't go wrong with this law firm!!!

Alex Stalvey is not interested in winning your case. He will show up late to court, if at all (yes, he actually did this to me at my plea hearing, stating his paralegal "forgot to inform me he wouldn't be there," and I spoke on my own behalf after everyone else had an attorney speak for them). He will cancel meetings on you at the last minute. He will be late to those meetings when you do have them, and he will cut those meetings short most of the time. In these rare and short meetings, I didn't even have time to present key facts and witnesses for his review. He won't give your case the attention it deserves. He doesn't care about you or your future. I can only surmize that Mr. Stalvey was interested in getting a quick buck, and pleading out to save himself the trouble of having to represent me in court. My case was as strong as any lawyer could ask for, but I took his advice and took the plea, because once I realized how disinterested he was in winning my case, I realized there was no way. If you don't believe me, pay the $5000 retainer fee to see for yourself.
