You never plan on needing the services of an attorney. But while on vacation, my family became involved in a situation. Not being from the area, we did not know where to turn to for help. Perry quickly responded to our request for help and demonstrated his amazing understanding of statutes and regulations. Perry Deloach did an excellent job on my case. I bought a house and the seller had not disclosed several issues. He was able to fully recoup cost of repairs and attorneys fees. He was very responsive and took a genuine interest in my case even though it was relatively small. Highly recommend.
