My son and I were in an accident in early 2022. It was what some might consider a somewhat minor accident. I’ve found that you never know how badly you have been injured until you go through the proper medical channels. We knew we were going to need some legal advice and The Clardy Law Firm came highly recommend. They were incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. Let’s face it. Insurance and medical bills are confusing. I was encouraged to simply send all of the paperwork to Clardy as it came in and they handled it. I ended up needing a hip replacement and lots of physical therapy. Clardy was able to get me a large settlement. I would have never been able to get what was owed me without their help. Tim was my attorney and I feel he really dug in and worked hard for me. A very kind and helpful staff. I confidently recommend them to others with no hesitation.

The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive since within 24hr of my accident. They were patient and most importantly honest with every step of the way. If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my friend were hit by a semi because they merged into our lane without looking and then curved our car to where it was like the semi and us were in the shape of the letter T and dragged us for idk how long and I remember my friend saying we’re going to die because we had thought it was going to drive right over us. The cop that had filed the report had put they were At fault and the car I was driving which was my friends who was with me had gotten absolutely totaled causing my friend to lose his job and eventually lost his apartment he was staying in and was forced to move back in with his mom and then later a month after he moved in, died of an accidental Overdose. After the accident we hired them because they seemed very sure about us being able to get compensated for the Accident. They couldn’t even get it to where my friend got reimbursed for his car so he could start working again for two And a half years nothing happened. We have been so patient with Them and then I miss an appearance In February with them, which I had thought the case was over with because my friend had died and because I had not heard from them in over a year and I never knew about the meeting in February and I had decided to attend rehab and this was during the day of the meeting up until April 1 and then I got a email saying they were dropping me because I missed the date and when I called and spoke to the guy representing us to let him know I had been in rehab he did not care and I felt like I was basically talking to a robot. I would’ve thought they would have had some compassion, but I forget that some people don’t have a heart. I’m not saying they don’t win cases but I am saying they didn’t accomplish anything with our case in 2 and a half years. And when I say nothing I mean absolutely nothing and then they dropped me because I missed one meeting due to the fact I was in rehab trying to better my life. I personally think they were trying to find an excuse to drop me because for some reason they couldn’t get anything done. I really wish I could go back in time higher any other firm and when I say any, I mean literally any other one.

I was referred to Clardy Law Firm for a workers comp case.Brad Easterling & his team did a wonderful job in handling my case.The front desk staff is also very nice. I was highly please with this Law Firm & would definitely recommend to others.

I've known this man since i was a kid, and he's always been there for me when i needed him. When it comes to needing a lawyer, i automatically think of Alan Clardy.
