We were pleased with both of our experiences with Babb & Bixler, clearing a property title and property purchase in 2018-2019, and title transfer of the same property in 2020. Both Mr. Quattlebaum (who was involved in 2018-2019 and is no longer with B & B) and Ms Garthe in 2020 explained the processes quite well. Both prepared the paperwork and conducted the business with professionalism and as much speed as possible.

I was very pleased with the service of Babb and Bixler and Bridget also was extremely kind to me! This is my first experience with a property sale and everything was very smooth. Everyone was very friendly and informative and I felt very much at ease. I'm going through a condo purchase and we are dealing with Babb and Bixler again because of their excellent service.
