The McCord Law firm is great. I worked with Matt and Katie, who are great to work with and very helpful. After putting off doing POAs and a will, I turned to them for help in getting everything in place. They made the process a breeze. Also, I have only heard excellent things regarding their real estate closing services.

REAL ESTATE: I'm an out of state buyer and had to use them because the seller dictated the title company. Matt is very short tempered in answering my questions, almost yelling when talking to me. What's worst are the final charges at closing. I understand the typical fees, but some of these line items and associated amounts were ludicrous. [All listed items were fees paid out to the McCord.] -Admin/Courier $50 -Copies/Storage $50 ?? -"Mail awat Fee" $250 ?? -"Mailaway Fee" $250 ?? -Settlement Fee $500 -Binder Fee $125 I even had to print the documents out myself and get my own notary on top of these ridiculous charges. I've worked with many title companies before and I have to say they are the worst.
