After our consultation, we were given a plan of action and a price. After completing our preliminary work to proceed with the plan of action, we were told we needed to restart process and pay double the discussed price due to too much time passing (about a month and a half), we weren't make aware of a deadline on our verbal quote. When we tried to get an explanation on why the plan of action changed, they just deleted our invoice and told us that if we didn't like the way they billed to move on.
