This is my second time having Crumley Roberts represent me.I was very pleased the first time, I'm positive I will be this time.

Very professional, easy to contact, and informs you on your case in a timely manner, Jennifer is awesome.

I currently have a case open with this firm in which I’m completely unhappy with. I was involved in a motorcycle wreck that was the other drivers fault (fell asleep and caused the collision) the lawyer pushes me to settle for the drivers low insurance policy and does not want to negotiate to try and receive more from the settlement nor does he try and help in any other way. The case has been open for 3 months and he says nothing is possible other than to take the settlement, I was injured very badly and will have a disability for the rest of my life (I’m 20 yrs old) the medical bills are nearing 1 million dollars in which the lawyer says I will be held responsible for and he can’t put that on the at fault driver. He told me to take the 50k settlement and file bankruptcy when I’m the one that did nothing wrong. If you want to hire a lawyer that barely does anything for you, doesn’t keep you updated, and wants you to settle fast so they can make an easy 1/3 from your settlement then this is the right firm for you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO NOT HIRE THEM.

I don’t typically write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this instance. My case was handled professionally and I was treated with respect. The settlement I received was very equitable. I would also like to give a special thanks to Coly Lor who was my primary contact. Whenever I contacted her she always replied back promptly, usually within minutes. She answered any questions that I had very clearly. Quite simply she was very nice. I can highly recommend Crumley & Roberts to anyone who might be seeking representation.

They dod a good job

After being rear ended last week, I received a letter from Crumley Roberts stating "We'd like to help you at one of the most difficult moments in your life by providing the best legal service possible with care and commitment." Well, after calling them and speaking on the phone for 22 minutes, I was told I'd hear back within 24 hours. I just received a call back from their office, stating that due to the amount of property damage, they decided they had passed on my case. Assuming they got my information from public record, they would have clearly seen the estimated amount of damage on the police report. So to send me a letter, have me call them, and waste my time, all while I'm injured and going back and forth between the car repair shop, insurance companies, and doctors, only adds to the amount of stress I'm incurring. On the letter it said "We Stand Up For You" as well as including a quote from a "Gene, Auto Accident Client, "I never felt like it was about money. We really got the sense that they cared." Well I wish I could say the same as Gene, but unfortunately it IS about money. My request is that this firm tightens up their direct mail campaign and focuses on people who have incurred the amount of property damage they deem profitable, so as not to waste the time of people who are already stressed out and dealing with the after effects of the accident.

My wife and I were the victims of a rear end collision. Our jeep was a total loss and we were both injured in the collision. We decided to enlist the service of Crumley Roberts in Hickory, NC. Ms. Coly Lor was our Case Manager and Mr. Jimmy Brittain was our Case Attorney. Ms. Lor went to work on day one to guide us through this difficult time in our lives. She met with us on several occasions to explain each step of the settlement and to keep us informed of the progress of our case. Ms. Lor proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in terms that my wife and I could understand. We have no legal background and the laws are complicated enough that I had several misconceptions. Ms. Lor was able to quickly and easily enlighten me and put my mind at ease. Mr. Brittain was able to negotiate a fair settlement for our Jeep. What could have been a nightmare dealing with the insurance adjuster to replace the jeep was a painless process for my wife and I because Ms. Lor and Mr. Brittain would not let the insurance company take advantage of us in this unfortunate situation. Our medical bills were managed and paid by our legal team. What could have been a costly incident that would have set us back years financially was in actuality nothing more than a nuisance because Ms. Lor and Mr. Brittain with Crumley Roberts were the safety net between us and the other drivers insurance company. It took two whole days to get back to me for them just to tell me they WONT accept my case. I have hard evidence and I am not one of the people they are probably used to dealing with that are looking for money. I have a bachelors degree, I have a career that i love, and i am truly burdened by this fall at this major nationwide retailer. I have had to pay so much in medical expenses this week since the incident last Friday. I am even expanding in my career field. So this is putting a hold on my life right now. Just posting this on here so that no one else would waste time on calling just to get denied. If you fall at a major retailer (even if you have pictures of the roof leak with no wet floor or any kind of signage) this firm will probably not take you.
