5 STAR BUSINESS! BIG THANKS TO BROCK & BLAINE! I was headed to work and was hit by a drunk driver less than a mile from my job. I was knocked unconscious, had many medical complications and missed a couple months of work. Not knowing where to turn, I dialed the memorable 999-9999. Within three hours of my first phone call I had someone from the Sink office come to my home and began explaining the process to me, answer my immediate questions and sign a few documents so that they could legally begin helping me. I was blessed to be paired with Brock and Blaine. They have been complete lifesavers! Both Brock and Blaine were always a text, call or email away with prompt responses to all of my questions. I can assure you that their team works around the clock to make sure that you are taken care of! I cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and making me feel like an individual and not just another case number!

Standard cookie-cutter process for my case (only muscle pains). Took 6+ months to close the case and they have been dragging their feet to pay the medical bills even after the case closed. 3+ month after case closure, I am still getting bills that are about to be sent to collection.
