A couple days after my incident my sister saw that I needed a lawyer due to an accident report that was grossly inaccurate. Richard Stewart was the lawyer introduced to me at the hospital when I awoke from 4 days of surgeries. My sister chose him from a friends recommendation. After meeting him I knew she had made the perfect choice. Blain Brandon, his assistant was awesome, no matter what my question was she was able to ease my anxieties. Both Richard and Blain were extremely professional and handled my case in a way that I was most pleased with. My case closed last week and at the close Richard had all the letters and material to guarantee my injuries and any possible future surgeries would be covered by insurance. I wasn't seeking to get rich, but only to have my bills covered and Richard honored my wish and all my bills were covered including any future medical issues resulting from the wreck. I will be recommending Richard Stewart and Sink Law Firm to all of my friends involved in a vehicle accident.

My lawyer handled my case very professionally and swiftly. I feel great knowing justice was served although money doesn't make up for my injuries, I know my lawyer had my best interest heart. Thank you again attorney Richard Stewart.

My boyfriend had a car wreck a year ago and was promised the moon and stars from this firm. They drug their feet, never called and informed him of anything we had to be the ones to call, it took them a YEAR to get 3,000 for him and then the lawyer told him he would overnight his check and it's been a week and the check is mia! Do NOT waste your time here!!!!!!

I had a car wreck in June 2016 hit by a drunk driver my 2 boys and I .I am currently still dealing with the firm and I have been please since then..Sonya glass has been a a great help to me and I know the firm .she is a very sweet loving and caring person. I am currently dealing with this firm since my car wreck in June 2016. My lawyers always busy or MIA. Along with my 1 1/2 yr old grandson was in the wreck with me when we was rear ended on I85 totaled my car. He only received $1100 and I was offered 4000. However I feel this firm is a rip off. You have to keep calling to see what's going on. The communication is terrible. Your commercials is false so I wouldn't recommend anyone to this firm. I've learned a valuable lesson. It's best to represent yourself.

So displeased.. I called to speak with a lawyer and the guy who picked up kept saying mmhmmm uh huh yeah.. while I was talking interrupting me and then he said hold on in the middle of me talking and clicked over and had me on hold for ten minutes!! Then he came back and still clearly wasn't listening because he said the firm would get back to me.. and they sent me a letter saying they can't help me and that I should speak to my Human Resources and report the accident..smh DUUUUHHHH that's what I told the rude incompetent guy on the phone.. I told him I spoke to HR and all they did was send me out to physical therapy a few times... the Greenville sc firm is HORRIBLE I don't know about the other ones but I took my business to a diff firm and as of right now I'm waiting on my 800,000 check from BMW smh I'm glad that African American guy was rude and inconsiderate to drive me away to a better firm
