Worst mishandling of a case ever! Took alot of effort to get us to sign agreement then never saw them again, only phone conversation. Clear cut case of personal injury where shoulder replacement was required and didn't fight for us at all. Sent false information to opposing law firm and had to retract the info twice. Total malpractice. Ended up misleading elderly to take a pitiful settlement that didn't even cover 50% ofmedical cost.

I would not recommend George Zink to anyone he will take your money and forge your name on there's nothing but a big rip off that's takes advantage of disabled people and people that can't read,..

Very unprofessional business. Need to hire and train the employees who answer the phone at your greenville office professionally. The girl I spoke to was rude and condescending she was more concerned with how I pronounced her name and how to spell it like it was relevant to the call. Gave me the run around about my case and had me on hold forever. Seems to need more training if she has to take that long to tell me if they can take my case or not. Its a rear end accident with the other driver at fault seems pretty standard for what they take according to their commercials which seem to also be false advertising. I will call elsewhere from now on for legal needs I will get better treatment.
