I am highly dissatisfied with the performance of Paul Hammack and his team. Paul took on my case in 2015. All he did for me was get the apartment complex I was filing suit against off my back about breaking the lease. My case was neglected. If I hadn't called asking about my case, I would have never heard anything. I did what they asked to prove my case, including going to see a psychiatrist which of course I incurred expenses. Months would go by and I wouldn't hear anything. He and Tracey waited until August 2017 to tell me that once they reviewed my case, they felt like it didn't meet the criteria for a medical lawsuit. Did they not see this prior? Now statues of limitations will not allow for me to seek another attorney who may feel like my case meets their criteria. I don't think this is fair at all. I lost a lot of property, I still have issues that I'm dealing with mentally behind the case I filed. Paul Hammack, you could have decided long ago that my case wasn't worth your time and given me the chance to seek another attorney. You may not think my case was worth it but I do. That apartment complex knew what they did and now they are going to get away with it! Now I am at loss, but what do you care?

My husband wanted an attorney that would be able to assist his needs when he had a painful slip and fall at his job. We had one of those television commercial attorney's who turned out to be a nightmare from the underground. Then we stumbled across Paul's firm, and said, "hey, why not".
