Ya'all suck. Looked at a video of me stepping onto an elevator where I fell due to water on the floor, you said it appeared I saw the water before stepping on..well I'm visually impaired so how could I have seen it. It's okay. I want someone local anyway n just found someone else. So glad I don't have you anymore. Sided with the hotels insurance adjuster....WOW!

So far Monge and Associates have taken all my calls and helped me with other matters in my claim,, but my claim is fairly new so let's see how they do to finish up my claim,, that is what counts the most to me and most people, the finish work and the amount they get me, it has been over 6 months since my accident and because I have had to work and couldn't go to a doctor regularly they are trying to settle my claim by giving me a very small check that won't even pay for the hospital bills ,
