Chace is an excellent Trust/Estate Planning Attorney. He was recommended to me by another law firm (5) years ago having had limited success finding an experienced estate planning law firm in the Greenfield area. Following an initial no cost consultation I was provided a very reasonable fixed price cost for generation of the Trust. Trust documents included: Trust certification; a Living Trust; Will; Durable Power of Attorney; Health Care Power of Attorney; and requisite State filings required for property deeds. Additionally Chace provided a graphical “map” of my Trust that was easy to understand (for myself & Trustee) depicting how the Trust was executed; all assets; location/value of assets; Trust funding; beneficiary bequeaths; and final asset disposition that reflected my wishes. I found Chace to be a very knowledgable attorney estate planning; and federal/state tax laws. He took the time necessary to help me understand all the Trust legal documents. Highly recommend Chace Law to anyone interested in Estate Planning and establishing a Trust.
