I had a terrible experience with this so-called attorney. He is proud of his credentials, and speaks much of them. He is dismissive, sarcastic, and does not follow-up with his statements. There are many good attorneys in the Bluffton/HHI area. This is NOT one of them.

Bill Bowen was excellent in helping us with a legal matter. He was responsive, caring, and reassuring. I would highly recommend Bill and his fantastic staff in any legal situation.

I grew up in beautiful, historic Beaufort, SC, and have been a Hilton Head resident for over 50 years.
