Not only is Shannon an expert real estate/estate attorney, she is a very kind and giving person. My husband and I used Shannon as our attorney to close on our house in Sun City Carolina Lakes 7 years ago, and the process could not have run more smoothly. And recently we needed some info on tax laws in regard to my father-in-law’s estate, and she took the time to help us without considering us “clients”. She was being a friend helping a friend. She gave us all the info we needed so we could resolve the issues. She went above anything we expected. We could not recommend Shannon Lando more highly!
