Lawyer Lisa had a class on powers of attorney. Very informative!!!

I trusted the advise she gave me and thought she was looking out for my best interest. But in the very end the dedication and accuracy I thought she had wasnt there and the advise she gave me caused me not to be able to pursue further actions like she told me all along I would be able to do! She had to know about the release and that would mess up my future case . I hired Lisa, but we were never told others would totally handle the case and that she would only review it when needed. At least she did show up at court. But on the last date we went she doesn’t seem to even remember she was there! And that court appearance caused me to loose even money, because they wouldn’t take the time to look up and verify the wrong info they were given. (Because they had another case to deal with !!) And advised me I could recoup it in civil court, when she knew I wouldn’t stand a chance after I had to sign a release she never bothered to tell us about. And at the end it was like she was done and had lost interest which caused me to loose. I will never forgive or forget the mental anguish she put me through!!!
