I found this team on google after having the worst experience with another attorney and in my 11th hour trying to close on my home remotely. This team was beyond efficient. The title search and communication between them, my lender and self, was astounding. What I waited for from other attorney over 3 weeks, they had done and ready in less than 72 hours. Amazing!!! The remote close process was easy and I can’t say enough how wonderful the entire staff was. I was worried when I heard the recording that “someone from the closing team”… because I thought I would get someone new and have to explain everything. It nope! They had my file right up and had everything prepared and the communication was unbelievable!!

Caitlin O’Neal was absolutely amazing! She was prompt with getting back to me and getting me set up with Dan for a contract consult. Caitlin was polite and respectful of time and delicate information. Dan met with us via zoom with to discuss my new work contract so that it was fully understood and gave suggestions as to how to amend it where needed he was great!! Overall great experience and great staff! I would highly recommend them!!
