Our transaction didn’t go as smoothly as planned due to some complications with our lender, but the team at LawyerLisa went above and beyond to salvage it and push it to completion flawlessly.. I recommend them to anyone in need of legal services related to real estate and will be retaining them exclusively for all of my future legal needs. What can I say? Rex, Carmen, and Kristie went above and beyond. I’m almost two years into Real Estate as a Realtor and have dealt with many many attorneys. Our family task to Lisa was to devise an estate plan for our parents who were not technically savvy or knowledgeable about legal terms and options. In short - Lisa worked a miracle. She diligently listened to my parents' wishes and balanced them with a realistic estate plan that included real estate transfers, revocable trusts and essential estate planning documents. She then explained each transaction in terms and scenarios that my parents could understand. I think the strongest testament to Lisa's ability to provide tailored advice and executable documents was when my father passed about 9 months after we visited Lisa. Every document accomplished what my father wanted to happen at his death. Lisa and her staff were available to help us with questions and our next steps.
