I had a horrible experience with another attorney in the area. I had to hire Ashby to clean up the mess and had learned so much from my consultation and she confirmed that I was working with someone who did not have the competency to have accepted my case. I had to hire Ashby to stop the bleeding financially as well as get the job done that the other lawyer could not figure out how and what to do. Ashby was beyond reasonable in billing, never padded, and fair for the work completed. You will NOT pay her to learn the law. Beware of hiring a lawyer at a lower rate but they may not understand how critical strategy is and what needs to get done. Do NOT let a higher hourly fee turn you away as you will pay less in the long run for her to get the job done and get it done right. I have had many lawyers in dealing with the same situation and she is the ONLY one I can speak positively about. Not only is she fair in all these other areas but she communicates with you when you need her to and I mean on weekends! Yes Saturdays and Sundays. I pray to God I will never need her again but if I do she will be the only lawyer I ever use and recommend. How refreshing, how glorious, a lawyer that doesn't lie, that isn't a shark in a bad way and is fair in billing, with intelligence and competency to boot. When you are done reading this call her and hire her. Find a way to get the money for the retainer and you could possible even see a refund the way I did. No brainer, no brainer, no brainer. Learn from my mistakes and make the right decision for the first time. Not only did she get the job done, it most likely will never return. I will continue to refer and sing praises as long as I can. In all fairness if things hadn't turned out the way I wanted, I could honestly still say she is a class act AND a lawyer! When I hired Ashby it was less than 48 hours before an emergency hearing and I had no idea what I was getting into or how this all may end up. I came in tears rolling down my face and told her my story and what was I going to do and how can I help these children. She looked at me and said we will make this happen if you are committed to doing this then I am even more committed to helping you win. We went thru over two years of court battle after court battle, mediation, depositions and so much more and she always gave me every step to take and she led me not only on the path to win but on the unworthy path even when mud was thrown from other sides she kept her grace and dignity. One thing I loved was anytime anyone asked me who was representing me and I told them Ashby Jones they all said oh wow she is the best and she is so respected by her peers and the courts. I promise you that if you hire Ashby Jones you are getting one of the best attorneys but also a great respected person as well. She will fight for you and with you especially when you feel like you can't fight anymore. Ashby has great skills very well educated on the laws and will truly work on all ways and options to get her client what they need to accomplish but holding the law to the highest standard. She has great compassion for helping people and their families. My life would be very sad of it wouldn't have been for Ashby Jones bringing me a family of my own.

Ms. Ashby Jones is the BEST! She may be the most expensive attorney in the area but she knows her stuff. Her dogmatic disposition, tactful strategies, and superb promptness worked in my favor. Ms. Ashby works on each case as if it is close to her heart. She dresses professionally is prompt in her responses to her clients and other attorneys. Her staff is friendly. She charges A LOT of money, but you get what you pay for. She is extremely good at what she does and she knows it. I wish I had hired her first instead of wasting money on an inferior divorce lawyer.

Ashby was a godsend when I found myself going through a very difficult, acrimonious divorce. I had consulted with another attorney before Ashby. That attorney treated me like just one more upset woman. In fact, the advice that attorney gave was very unrealistic. Had I followed the advice of that first attorney, my settlement would have come out very differently and left me in a very bad place. Ashby not only performed the duties of a good divorce attorney, she went out of her way to calm my fears and reassure me each step of the way. When I emailed, she answered quickly, whether I had a question or was simply off on a rant. Quite honestly, while I know she was and is a busy attorney, I always felt like I had her full attention. Her advice was solid and continues to be as I have used her services since my original divorce case.
