Mr. Phillips let me know what to expect even before I retained him, and he and his team remained accessible throughout the process, answering all questions promptly. How you do one thing provides clues about how you do everything else, and even with a case like mine he was diligent and methodical. On my court date he was already fully-prepared for a jury trial, but fortunately he was able to speak briefly with the officer, show him my dog’s shot records, and the charge was dismissed so quickly I got to work early that morning.
