Dayne and I belong to the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. We have never met, but I found him online and asked him if he had a referral for a therapist for my client in SC. Dayne took the time to help me w/o ever having met me and gave me multiple referrals. I can tell by his promptness and his referrals that he cares about his profession, helping others, and has great resources to help his clients.

Ladies beware this is not the lawyer for you. He will take your money fast enough but be slow upon acting in your best interest. He never even filed for my actual intent of divorce only separation. When requesting my file for my new attorney I received another couples complete financial file. And I mean everything. Asked for help getting a RO and was told I didn't really need one, that the order of no trespass/contact was good. enough. $1500 gone and nothing but a waste of time and energy. Folks...just look at the response the he left....5 months later....is that really an appropriate for a lawyer? Sharing case details? Ignoring many details of the complaint? Think that says enough.

I will recommend If you need a hard working trust worthy lawyer who's there for you every step of the way and does the best he can for you I would recommend giving him a call he helped me out through a tuff situation at my job last and he putted through for me so I’m saying from my family to you THANK YOU SOOO MUCH 😇

Dayne Phillips is truly the best lawyer I have ever met. He actually cares about his clients and does everything he can to provide them with the best outcome. He is also very good at what he does.
