Efficient and accurate real estate closing. I've used them several times. No surprises, and that's what you want.

I really like every one that works there. I closed on the sale of my condo with them two weeks ago then the purchase of my new home! They are writing my will, now. If I need anything else they do, I'll definitely use them again!

Getting money from the sale of my house is an issue as well as the money location. My buyer was all cash so where's the issue getting my money. NO ONE COMMUNICATES in this office , seem to only be concerned with getting their FEES, and once closing is over.....they're done. What part of representing ME did I miss?

This is a mill. Service was terrible. Its going to take 10- 12 weeks to get deed?! Never, ever has that ever taken so long in the many real estate transactions. Why? " it typically takes 10-12 weeks before we have the original back from the Horry County courthouse and have completed an audit of your file. Once our internal audit is complete the original document will be mailed to you. " Why? Because of their time constraints?! They did not allow me to take 10-12 weeks to pay them. A Mill. The attorney I wager never saw the file before the actual closing. Avoid this place like the other reviewers have said

Don't waste your time or money with this group. Had my check from a closing fed ex overnight. Took my 25 dollars to pay for it but did not receive my money for 5 days. Would not even call us to tell us where our money was. Wrong address on check. Luckily my bank had my previous address logged in so I could cash MY MONEY. I hope to spare one person from the aggravation of dealing with this law firm. Enjoy that 25 dollars you got from me for overnight and I got less than than regular than postal mail. Murray try to look on paper work correctly next time and don't put clients previous addresses on checks. Work on your customer service.
