A crazy person threatened (promised) to murder my sister (actually a family member made the threat) on a specific day. I went to talk to this person as an imminent threat. This person opened her door before telling me she was going to kill me. I had self defense with me but threw it far away. Person then attacked me and i had to defend myself. I was arrested and charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. I served one day and Brady had the felony the charges disposed of and PTI for the lesser charge.
