“You request a call back from his legal assistant and never get it. You call back the following week to request to speak the the legal assistant and are told she is with someone (which is the same answer you got last week).”

“When we first called, we told them it was an out-of-state case instead of telling us they wouldn't be able to help us because another state was involved the woman we talked to said they can help us and that we should come in, well when we came in we gave him our $250 and then they proceeded to tell us they couldn't help us because it was out of state.”
